Tofu Scramble


Tofu Scramble



1 Block extra firm tofu


Seasonings:


  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast


  • 1 tsp garlic powder


  • 1 tsp onion powder


  • salt and pepper, to taste



Break apart tofu in a skillet, add seasonings and cook for 10 mins.



Add-ons


  • beans


  • spinach


  • mushrooms


  • roasted peppers and onions



Chipotle cream


  • 1 cup of raw cashews, soaked overnight or boil for 15 mins


  • 1/2 cup of water


  • 1/2 tsp


  • chipotle in adobo (add a little at a time).




Blend rinsed cashews, 1/2 cup of water, chipotle, and salt.



Enjoy in a


  • burrito


  • toast


  • wrap


  • bowl


  • salad
