Tofu Scramble
1 Block extra firm tofu
Seasonings:
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
salt and pepper, to taste
Break apart tofu in a skillet, add seasonings and cook for 10 mins.
Add-ons
beans
spinach
mushrooms
roasted peppers and onions
Chipotle cream
1 cup of raw cashews, soaked overnight or boil for 15 mins
1/2 cup of water
1/2 tsp
chipotle in adobo (add a little at a time).
Blend rinsed cashews, 1/2 cup of water, chipotle, and salt.
