Red Lentil Wraps

Ingredients
2 cups of red lentils
4 cups of water
1/4 cup of nutritional yeast
a pinch of salt and pepper
Instructions
Soak lentils for 4 hours or overnight
Drain and rinse
Add lentils to the blender with 4 cups of water
Add seasoning
Use a cast iron skillet on medium-high heat
Pour about a laddle full of batter and cook for 2 mins or so on each side
Eat and enjoy!
