Protein Brownies

Ingredients


• 2 tablespoon ground flaxseed


• 6 tablespoon brewed coffee can use for water or nut milk


• 1 cup vegan chocolate (melted)


• 1 cup coconut sugar 


• 6 tablespoon melted vegan butter (I use miyokos)


• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


• 3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour (gluten-free or all purpose flour)


• 1 teaspoon salt


• 1 teaspoon baking powder


• 1/4 cup MPV fam protein (link: https://ishoppurium.com?prods=11751435861:1&giftcard=Bosch)


Instructions


1. Comine the flax with the coffee or water and set aside


2. Melt 1 cup of dairy free/vegan choclate chips and set aside


3. Combine sugar and melted butter and vanilla


4. Combine flour, salt, baking powder, MVP family protein


5. Add in the butter mixture, mix well


6. Mix/Swirl in the melted chocolate


7. Top with more chocolate and walnut pieces


8. Bake for 30-35 mins at 350°
