•1 1/2 cup raw cashews,
(soak cashews over night or boil for 15 mins)
•1/2 cup water
•3 garlic cloves
•1 Tablespoon of capers
•1Tablespoon of dijon Mustard
•1 tsp apple cider vinegar
•1/2 teaspoon salt
•1/4 teaspoon pepper
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
