INGREDIENTS
1 cup powdered peanut butter
1-2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce or tamari
1-2 garlic cloves 1/2 inch grated ginger 1 tbsp rice vinegar1-2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
1/2 bunch of cilantro
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Enjoy as a dip, dressing for salad, or over vegetables and rice.
