Pancake & waffle mix

Ingredients

1 cup of flour

1 cup of almond flour

1 cup of organic soy milk

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

2 tbsp baking powder

2 tbsp chia or hemp seeds or both

2 tbsp protein powder (these are my favorite,

Vanilla/ chocolate mvp, dark Berry, fam mvp)

2 tbsp chia or hemp seeds or both


(Optional 1 tsp vanilla)

(Optional, you can replace the flour with oat flour)


Instructions

1. Prepare the "buttermilk" combine the soy milk and acv. Set aside

2. Combine all the dry ingredients

3. Stir in the wet into the dry, don't overmix

4. Cook, I like using the cast iron skillet


Makes: 3 large Waffles and 8 regular size pancakes
