Mac and no "cheese"



Ingredients


•6 Yukon gold potatoes

•1 cup raw cashews, raw unsalted

•1/2 cup carrots

•1/2-1 cup nutritional yeast

•1 tsp onion powder

•1 tsp garlic powder

•1/4 tsp Turmeric powder

salt and pepper to taste

•2 boxes of pasta, I used banzai pasta (chickpea)


Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes and carrots

  2. Boil cashews, soak over night or boil for 10 mins

  3. Boil pasta

  4. Once potatoes and cashews are done, drain and rinse and add to the blender. Add all the seasonings.

  5. Combine sauce into pasta and serve
