Ingredients
• 1 cup cooked yellow potato
• 2 cups tapioca starch
• 1 teaspoon salt
• ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
• ¼ teaspoon onion powder
• ¼ teaspoon black pepper
• 2 pinches ground turmeric
• 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
• ½ cup boiling water
• ⅓ cup avocado oil
• 3 tablespoons unsweetened soy milk (or other non-dairy milk)
Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients in large bowl
2. Form dough into round balls, about 1/4 cup each
3. Place onto baking sheet and bake for 30 mins at 350°
