Crispy Mushroom Sandwich

There are various mushrooms and the variety of meals you can make with them are endless!!! Here I made a Crispy Sandwich with Oyster mushrooms.


Wet Ingredients

  • 1 cup of organic unsweet soy milk

  • 2 Tbs apple cider vinegar or lemon

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 cup of oat flour

  • 1/4 cup of flour

  • Season with any of the following powders; salt, pepper, garlic, onion, paprika, chipotle

Instructions

  • 1. Combine soy milk and vinegar and set aside

  • 2. Combine all dry ingredients

  • 3. Soak mushrooms in the wet mixture then the dry mixture, and coat well.

  • 4. Bake at 400 for 16 minutes turning halfway through

  • 5. Enjoy as you wish

We made it into a "chick N" sandwich on sourdough with kale, pickles, vegan mayo, avocado, dairy free buffalo sauce.
