Creamy green sauce/dressing/dip

Ingredients

1/2 cup of raw almond or cashews

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

3/4 cup water (little more if needed)

Half bunch of cilantro

1 avocado

Salt/pepper to taste


Instructions

1. Soak almond or cashews the night before or boil 15 minutes

2. Pour all ingredients in a blender

3. Refrigerate any left overs it'll keep for 3-5 days
