A new year is ahead of us. You may be planning so many activities, resuming old ones and creating new ones. Don’t forget all those things that you want to do are great and exciting, but you will enjoy them and won’t be a burden if you take control of your health. If you have the energy and the mental clarity to enjoy all those activities.
Consider these 3 things that have helped many including myself
1. Write down your plan and be specific. It’s said that taking the action of writing down your plan is 40% more likely to happen.
2. Share your goals. Yes! We all need accountability partners and support so why not share? You might even inspire some to join you!
3. Don’t beat yourself up. When you encounter hiccups along the way don’t give up. Just keep going. That’s what a true transformation is and how you can truly create a healthy lifestyle.
