Chocolate muffins

1 1/3 cup of organic flour (or combine with half oat flour)


1/3 cup of monk fruit


1/3 cacao or my favorite chocolate protein full of superfoods andkid-friendlyy


1 tsp baking powder


14 tsp baking soda


1/4 salt


1/2 cupdairy-freee/vegan chocolates chips



Wet ingredients


3/4 cup organic soy milk (or any plant milk)


3 riped bananas


1/4 avocado oil (oil free version, use apple sauce or nut butter)


1 tsp apple cider vinegar


1 tsp vanilla extract



Fronsting


3 large sweet potatoes


1/2 dairy, vegan chocolate chips



Steps


1. Gather all dry ingredients then all wet. Combine.


2.Bake muffins at 350 for 12-15


3.Steam sweet potatoes. Once ready peel and blend with melted chocolate until smooth.


4.Frost and enjoy!
