Chile Rellenos


Ingredients


•1/4 cup organic all purpose flour


•1/4 cup tapioca flour


•1/4 cup garbazo flour


•1 tsp salt


•1/2 tsp garlic powder, optional


•1/2 tsp onion powder, optional


•1/2 cup soda water (more if needed, should be like a pancakes consistency)


-comine all above ingredients


•Filling of your choice: (have filling ready ahead of time. Before dipping peppers into batter)


•Mushrooms and zuchinni


•Veggies


•Beans


•Vegan cheese and onion

Instructions


1. Roast and peel peppers


2. Fill peppers 2-3 tablespoons of filling depending how big your pepper is.


3. Use toothpick to keep sealed


4. Spray cast iron skillet (medium high)


5. Dip peppers in Batter


6. Cook 3  mins or so on each side
