You may have been exposed to countless of programs that teach you to prioritize quantity over quality. It may seem tempting when your goal is to release excess weight. It may even work. keep in mind that’s not all to it.
Falling for only counting calories;
May distract you from what you should be looking at which is the nutritional value food can provide.
2.May cause anxiety which takes the joy away from creating healthy habits.
3. You may still end up under-eating or over-eating and not having a variety of food.
What you should focus on
choose healthy, nutrient-dense food
fiber friendly food which supports your gut health
Hydrating food
All of this will provide you with satisfaction. Counting calories doesn’t matter as much and isn’t necessary to achieve and maintain a healthy weight.
